<P>鸭肠是拌好的，里面用黄酒、姜丝、盐腌制的，油烧热入锅，煎炒后倒入青椒翻炒，放入盐、鸡精，大火快炒，放入蒜头，5分钟后起锅盛盘即可。</P>
